Team & Employee Bingo is a light, playful team building event that connects colleagues in a completely new way. Instead of classic introductions, our creative bingo cards spark surprising encounters, lively conversations and a genuine sense of togetherness in your team.
Playful Entertainment with Real Team Impact
Participants receive individually designed bingo cards featuring personal traits, experiences and interests. Their task: move around the room and find colleagues who match the statements – for example:
- Who plays in a band?
- Who has been on an exotic trip?
- Who has an unusual hobby?
With every match they find, their own bingo grid fills up. This naturally creates conversation, laughter and new connections – even between people who usually have little contact in their day-to-day work.

Team & Employee Bingo is perfect as a:
